## When contacting support

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

1. **Your organization name** and deployment type (Enterprise or SaaS)
2. **A clear description** of the issue or question
3. **Steps to reproduce** — What were you doing when the issue occurred?
4. **Screenshots or error messages** — Include any error codes or messages you saw
5. **Browser and device info** — Which browser and operating system you're using
6. **Agent/KB names** — If the issue involves specific agents or knowledge bases
