# Account & Access FAQ

  <Accordion title="How do I sign in?">
    It depends on your deployment:

    * **Enterprise**: Use your organization's Azure AD single sign-on (SSO). Click "Sign in with Microsoft" and use your corporate credentials.
    * **SaaS**: Sign in with your email and password at [app.neuralfactory.ai](https://app.neuralfactory.ai).

  <Accordion title="I forgot my password (SaaS)">
    On the sign-in page, click **"Forgot password?"** and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link. Enterprise users should contact their IT department, as passwords are managed through Azure AD.

  <Accordion title="How do I join an organization?">
    * **Enterprise**: You're automatically added when you sign in with Azure AD for the first time.
    * **SaaS**: An administrator must invite you. Check your email for an invitation link. If you don't have one, ask your organization's Neural Factory admin to send an invite.

  <Accordion title="How do I create a new organization? (SaaS)">
    Sign up at [app.neuralfactory.ai](https://app.neuralfactory.ai) and follow the onboarding flow. The first user who signs up creates the organization and becomes its Admin.

  <Accordion title="Can I belong to multiple organizations?">
    Each account belongs to one organization. If you need access to multiple organizations, you would use separate accounts.

  <Accordion title="How do I change my role?">
    Only Admins can change user roles. Ask your organization's administrator to update your role in the [User Management](/user-guide/admin/user-management) section.

  <Accordion title="I can't see certain agents or knowledge bases">
    You may not have access to all resources. Agents and knowledge bases can be restricted to specific groups. Ask your administrator which groups you belong to and whether you need to be added to additional groups.
