When contacting support

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
  1. Your organization name and deployment type (Enterprise or SaaS)
  2. A clear description of the issue or question
  3. Steps to reproduce — What were you doing when the issue occurred?
  4. Screenshots or error messages — Include any error codes or messages you saw
  5. Browser and device info — Which browser and operating system you’re using
  6. Agent/KB names — If the issue involves specific agents or knowledge bases

Reporting bugs

If you’ve found a bug, we want to know about it. Email support@neuralfactory.ai with:
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Steps to reproduce the bug
  • Screenshots if possible
