Organizations

Neural Factory is a multi-tenant platform where each organization operates in its own isolated environment. An organization owns its agents, knowledge bases, toolkits, users, and all associated data. Nothing is shared across organizations.

How organizations work

When you sign in to Neural Factory, you belong to an organization. Everything you see — the agents available to you, the knowledge bases they search, the users in your team — all belongs to that organization. Administrators configure the platform for their organization, while members use the agents and tools that have been set up for them.

Deployment modes

Neural Factory supports two deployment modes, controlled by the deployment configuration:
EnterpriseSaaS
AuthenticationAzure Active Directory / SSONeural Factory native (email + password)
User provisioningAzure AD syncManual invite or self-signup
Group managementSynced from Azure ADCreated manually in-app
BillingNo usage limits (license-based)Usage-based plans with limits
HostingDedicated or on-premiseShared cloud infrastructure

Enterprise

Designed for large organizations that need SSO, automatic user provisioning, and Azure AD group sync. Users sign in with their corporate credentials, and groups from Azure AD are automatically mirrored in Neural Factory for access control.

SaaS

Designed for teams and individuals who want to get started quickly. Users sign up with email and password, create or join an organization, and manage groups manually. Usage is tracked against plan limits.

Organization setup

  • Enterprise: Your organization is provisioned during deployment. Users are automatically added when they sign in via Azure AD.
  • SaaS: The first user to sign up creates the organization during onboarding. Additional users are invited by an administrator.
